Ex-ICE agent ‘routinely’ arrested illegal aliens who had voter registration cards and admitted voting

“The bottom line is it’s easy to do it and it’s being done.”

Retired U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent Claude Arnold tells Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly how easily illegal aliens can and do get counterfeit U.S. documents and use them to register to vote:

“I worked in six locations across the United States. I probably arrested more than 1,000 illegal aliens in my career and I routinely encountered people who were in possession of voter registration cards. And as a part of my interview of them when they were arrested, I would ask them, “Do you or have you voted?’ and often, I would get the answer ‘yes,'” he explained.

The impact of illegals registered to vote

J. Christian Adams on KTRH Houston’s Morning News with Matt Patrick talks about the impact on our elections of non-citizens illegally registering and voting:

“There’s no question about it. We have a serious problem in this country with non-citizens getting on the voter rolls, and the systems that are supposed to be keeping them off have failed.”

Non-citizens aren’t just registering. “They’re voting… Remember, these are federal felonies. The Justice Department under Holder and Lynch are not prosecuting any of the people who have been caught. That’s the problem. If you don’t prosecute it, you encourage more of it.”

Biggest Threat to 2016 Election Is Illegal Alien Voting

J. Christian Adams on Breitbart News Daily to discuss threats to voting integrity:

Unlike some other election-watchers, Adams did not count hacker penetration of voting machines among those threats.

“This is a total distraction. It is impossible to hack the voting machines,” he declared, saying that although he plays “second chair to nobody on voter fraud,” those electronic voting machines “are not the issue.”

“I’m convinced this is a distraction by the Left to make conservatives look utterly crazy, like chupacabra-type crazy,” he said. “These machines are decentralized. It’s just crazy. It is not the problem. Paper ballots are the problem. If you want to worry about rigging an election, get rid of paper ballots. They’re the worst possible form of election.”

“Here’s my guess, Alex: nobody who complains about the voting machines has ever done like I have done dozens of times and watched an election, monitored an election in the polling place all day long, through the paper ballot count,” he told Marlow. “It’s chaos. You don’t want paper ballots.”

As for the true problems we should be guarding against on November 8, Adams warned that “the Left has created structural edifices to influence the atmosphere of the election.”

“In other words, they just don’t rely on, like, some joker in Philadelphia to cast a phony ballot. They change the rules. The rules of the game are constantly being changed – not in October, but in January, in the December before the election,” he explained.

“For example, take citizen voting. There is something called a citizen checkbox. That’s the only way we have to stop foreigners from getting on the voter rolls. When you register to vote, you simply check a box: ‘Yes, I’m a United States citizen.’ There’s no verification in most states. You just get on the rolls because of the federal law, Motor Voter, passed in 1993.This was part of a long-term structural rigging of the election. It’s not voting machines, and it’s not, you know, busses. It’s something far more dangerous,” Adams said.

Marlow asked Adams for his top-three fears in the 2016 election.

“The biggest one, it’s easy. It’s not machines. It’s alien voting.”

Podesta Wikileaks: Voter ID Doesn’t Stop Alien Voting

Give the Devil his due:

Wikileaks emails show Clinton campaign chair John Podesta has figured out that, because of federally-mandated vulnerabilities in our election system, non-citizen foreigners can get registered to vote and get a voter ID at the same time:

John Podesta: I think Teddy’s idea scratches the itch, is pretty safe and uncomplicated. On the picture ID, the one thing I have thought of in that space is that if you show up on Election Day with a drivers license with a picture, attest that you are a citizen, you have a right to vote in Federal elections.

Under the National Voter Registration Act, aka Motor Voter, anyone can register to vote while they get a driver’s license, a universally-accepted photo voter ID.

Getting registered to vote is as easy as marking “YES” to the question “Are you a citizen of the United States?”  As Podesta notes, when you attest you are a citizen, you get registered. It’s automatic. It’s mandated under federal law. The registrant then signs the form, stating under “penalty of perjury” that the answers are correct. It’s an honor system — but only four states engage in citizenship verification.

And three of those four states are currently entangled in litigation with leftist groups trying to end that verification: Kansas, Alabama, and Georgia. These leftist groups have allies in the Justice Department, which has also fought citizenship verification measures ferociously.

Now we may know why. Alien registrants lie in enormous numbers, and are now on American voter rolls. Naturally, Democrats and the media do all they can to minimize the scope of the problem, because the former benefit from it.

Don’t states check if the answer to the citizen question is truthful? Don’t they make sure that only citizens are registering when they get their driver’s license/photo ID? No and no. It isn’t happening. That’s what Podesta means when he writes: “when you attest that you are a citizen” you have a right to vote.

Failure of the Checkbox: Potentially Thousands of Illegal Voters Registered in Pennsylvania

How do ineligible non-citizens end up on Pennsylvania’s voter rolls? Sometimes by invitation:

The Pennsylvania secretary of state’s office recently sent out 2.5 million postcards to licensed drivers who were not registered to vote, inviting them to sign up in time for the November election.

Trouble is, some of those drivers are not American citizens.

The problem is that the National Voter Registration Act, aka Motor Voter, requires everyone applying for a driver’s license to be offered a voter registration application, but with no way to verify whether applicants are eligible citizens beyond asking them to check a box.

Joseph Vanderhulst, an attorney with Public Interest Legal Foundation, says it’s a flaw in voter registration integrity that isn’t unique to Pennsylvania.

“It kind of just reinforces the issue, which is no filter on the front end and a lack of effort on the back end,” he said. “It’s a failure of the checkbox. The only filter we have is that checkbox … This is, to us, proof that that box is a total failure.”

“When Zombies, Aliens, and Felons Steal Our Votes”

Dead people, non-citizens, and ineligible felons have been found on the voter rolls and voting (or having votes cast in their names) in multiple states. It’s a documented fact.

Just this week an alien who illegally voted in over 20 U.S. elections since 1995 was arrested on federal voter fraud charges.

So how much longer can voter fraud deniers pretend this isn’t a problem? Exactly how much voter fraud is okay?

Illegal alien arrested for voting in more than 20 U.S. elections

Another case – more than 20 cases, actually – of voter fraud by an alien illegally registered and voting in multiple U.S. elections:

A Canadian citizen who lives in Cheektowaga was accused Thursday of voting in more than 20 elections in the United States while illegally living here.

Shirley Anne Conners, 62, was arrested Thursday on making a false claim to U.S. citizenship to vote, according to the U.S. attorney’s office.

Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Brian J. Counihan said the defendant, who has been illegally in the United States since the early 1970s, voted in more than 20 federal, state and local elections since 1995, the last being the presidential primary in New York in April.

The non-citizen voter fraud disaster

More on the problem of ineligible non-citizens registering and voting, and why “unlike fraudulent voters, non-citizen voters cannot be stopped with voter ID requirements.”

As Adams notes, once states fail to screen out citizenship verification on the application, “the aliens are getting registered to vote when they are getting their photo ID cards!”

“Tip of the Iceberg:” Illegal Voters Uncovered in Philly

This is just the tip of the iceberg:”

At least 86 non-citizens have been registered voters in Philadelphia since 2013, and almost half — 40 — even voted in at least one recent election, according to a legal group that sued to get voter registration records.

Joseph Vanderhulst, an attorney with the Public Interest Legal Foundation, noted Philadelphia knows about those 86 illegal voters only because officials received specific requests — in almost every case from the voters themselves — to remove the names from the rolls. He said there is no way to know how many non-citizens might be registered to vote in Philadelphia, let alone in the rest of politically crucial Pennsylvania…

“Who knows how many are on and don’t ask to be taken off.”

Ineligible Aliens Voted in Philadelphia in Recent Years

Once again, dirty voter rolls enable voter fraud: Dozens of ineligible aliens who were illegally registered to vote in Philadelphia cast ballots in recent elections.

The Public Interest Legal Foundation, an Indiana-based nonprofit that litigates to protect election integrity, released a report on Tuesday detailing voter rolls in Philadelphia…

The group found that from 2013 to 2015, 86 registrations were cancelled in Philadelphia because the registrant was not a United States citizen. Of the cancelled registrants, 40 aliens from the city have voted in at least one election, the report stated.

The report only details aliens who requested to be removed from the rolls… The group also discovered thousands of felons remain on the voter rolls despite having to be removed once incarcerated.

“This means that poll books listing eligible voters will contain the names of ineligible registrants in the November election,” the group stated. “By law, lists of eligible voters are to be kept accurate and current—they must only contain eligible voters…

“Clean rolls are the most important ingredient for clean elections.”
