		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s about time someone addressed this problem at the street level.  I teach a class on Democracies and honest elections are the hallmark of a sustainable democracy.  When elections are no longer believed to be true, the people give up clearing the way for any&lt;br /&gt;thuggish dictator with the ambition to&lt;br /&gt;lead by any means possible.   And there&lt;br /&gt;is no shortage of these types anywhere in the world.  The US is on shaky ground these days.
