My self and my chldrens' constitutional rights were violated when we were threatened to be arrested by a judge and an sheriff if we entered a courthouse to attend a child support contempt proceeding against the guy that raped and impregnated my 12 year old daughter. It is a clear violation of 18 U.S.C. 241 and 242. Go to http://glennhess.org/HessLyingToMedia.htm and read the details. The problem is not that a crime has been committed, but that the FBI and U.S. Dept. of Justice will not do anything about it because (1) they don't have the resources and (2) it's not a high profile case like Rodney King where 241 and 242 were used to his benefit.

This type of intimidation needs to be stopped. If in fact he did break the law, he must be brought to justice!
