Why is there not a national outrage? Is it because the group placing the bounty is black and the one the bounty is on is not? There is in this country a dichotomy in that blacks are held to a different standard with different expectations of behavior. Society seems to quietly accept the irrational behavior of blacks as if they are incapable of knowing or acting better. It is as if blacks are considered somewhere between Special Needs individuals and children; neither of which having the cognitive ability to conduct themselves as rational adults and therefore not responsible for their behavior.
