It appears to me, from the article, itself, that this lawsuit is being advanced on the courts in an effort to convince a jury of one's peers that Mr. Riley and his task force are disenfranchising voters (black voters, in particular) by preventing illegal, bingo gambling. Since the local people, apparently, voted SOMEWHERE to install illegal, bingo gambling machines then the lawyer and dozens of plaintiffs are crying, 'FOUL!' or some other nonsense whenever and wherever the state arbitrarily enforces the law. What is next? Local Tennessee 'concerns' entering likewise lawsuits on behalf of certain, local citizens whom vote, illegally distill, and illegally distribute moonshine?
