That Brooks County can best be JUDGED by its historical past and there is no defense to truth. And the truth is; that Whites have always dominated every aspect of local governments.
It is only when Blacks come into power that laws, policies, and procedures are changed. Local, State, National, and World History prove that Blacks never condemned the other 43 all White Male Presidents as President Barack Obama is being condemned today; even by Active Duty and Retired Military Generals.
Yet Blacks respected the other 43 White Male Presidents even when it was law. That a Black man had no rights that a White person had to respect. Therefore as a Retired Military Veteran of the Vietnam Era; I realize the hatred that lives in the hearts of some Americans. I also know that other military veterans were trained to respect the Commander-In-Chief especially when our sons and daughters are fighting on foreign battlefields in time of war.
But the arrest of these Black Citizens and no Whites were arrested is questionable. Yes, the Brooks County Sheriffs Department served the warrants from the GBI; wherein District Attorney David Miller requested the investigation.
However he has NEVER requested an INVESTIGATION into the thirty- jail deaths that has occurred in the Lowndes County Jail since 1994. Therefore unless this (CASE) case is MOVED from the Southern Jurisdiction; I “DO NOT” believe JUSTICE will or can be served. This pattern and practice we (ALL) know too well. http://kvci.blogspot.com
