		<description><![CDATA[The very valid point was raised in the comments section below the article asking how a voter ID requirement would have changed the tactic employed by Lessadolla Sowers of using absentee ballots to commit election fraud.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is an awfully large loophole that is being ignored by merely addressing the Photo ID aspect.
