How absurd! The charges are allegedly revenge for my filing a of a battery police report against Congressional Candidate Pougnet (then a Councilman). The D.A. informed me they would not investigate due to it being quote “high profile”. I then complained to the Grand Jury on the D.A. The charged are payback.
