Often where I live, elections are won be one vote. In others, tie votes are decided by drawing straws and coin flips. Just one fraudulent vote can and doeerturn elections.

Most campaigns to oppose and overturn Voter IC Laws are motivated by the desire to protect voter fraud to win elections by any and all means available, because lust for power long ago surpassed personal integrity as the leading motive to run for office. Motor Voter Laws compound voter fraud because many DMV bureaucrats register all licensees to vote indiscriminately, whether citizen or alien status.
