Via ElectionLawBlog, link to a draft essay by Ellen Katz.  In trying to justify Attorney General Holder’s partisan war on photo ID and other voter integrity laws, the author revealed the true agenda of so many civil rights groups – electing democrats.

    I believe the entire issue would go away if 15 million heretofore unknown republican voters suddenly voted in Illinois, California and New York
