Minnesota Majority Voter ID Brief
Here is the brief of Minnesota Majority defending the Voter ID Constitutional Amendment scheduled to be placed on the November ballot. The ACLU and the Leg. of Women Voters is suing to prevent citizens of Minnesota from having a chance to vote on the amendment. Oral argument is set for July 17.
Georgia SOS calls DOJ lawsuit “politically motivated stunt”
DOJ sues Georgia over a potential UOCAVA ballot train wreck involving a primary runoff that may or may not occur. Georgia Secretary of State Brian Kemp sees the lawsuit as a politically motivated stunt in an election year due to the absolute lack of communication and odd timing of the action.
