The tragic human side of voter fraud.  In Crow Wing Minnesota, a man thinks he voted for Gerald Ford as an assitor stole his vote in a group home.  Fox News Exclusive.  I learned recently from John Fund that there are legislative solutions to this sort of voter fraud.  They essentially standardize the voting procedures in group homes and ensure oversight from multiple parties.
