Voter ID passes in Kansas
Kansas City Star. The bill passed the House 111 to 11. A bipartisan bill obviously. It means a majority of the Democrats voted for Voter ID. This is a crushing defeat for all the forces that deployed to defeat voter ID in Kansas. Enormous effort was made to stop this bill. They managed to find 11 members of the House who agreed.

News: Congressman Frank Wolf responds to DOJ, demands information
Congressman Frank Wolf has sent a letter to the Attorney General demanding answers he has sought for almost two years. Congressman Wolf’s letter details four times that the Department of Justice pointed to the ongoing Office of Professional Responsibility investigation to deny him the information. He points out that investigation is complete and now wants answers. Congressman Wolf is the chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee which oversees the DOJ budget.
