Reschedule that AWS!  Here is the oral argument schedule for LaRoque v. Holder on Friday May 6 before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.  The panel consists of Rogers, Griffith and Tatel.  Stephen LaRoque is challenging the objection by the DOJ to the move to nonpartisan elections in Kinston NC.  More on the objection here.
