Under 1% Blocked by Voter ID, Early Indicators Show


“How many people who want to vote don’t have an ID?  So far, the answers to this question have been partial, theoretical or politically calculated.” 


 


But data reported by NCSL suggest the number is low – really low – less than 1 percent, in recent elections in Michigan (0.22%), Kansas (0.1%), and Tennessee (0.05%).
