According to to Juan Reyes and Alice Saudargas, a combination of threatening phone calls and an arrest are parts of a plan to discredit them with voters. Thursday, April 4, the same day Reyes was arrested for impersonating a police officer, Saudargas said she began receiving intimidating phone calls.”
