It didn’t take Washington D.C. bureaucrats to figure out how to shorten voting times in Miami-Dade.  Shorten the ballot.  Miami Herald reports on plans to cap the number of ballot questions.  The other solution to not waiting in long lines to vote in some places? Vote on election day.
