The voter ID bill is heading to the Governor in Virginia, and it has the overwhelming support of Virginians: 75-23.  Republicans support it by a whopping 95-4 percentage.  This means that anyone who plans to run in a Republican primary in the Commonwealth would oppose voter ID at their own peril.
