Plaintiff has provided initial disclosures naming 49 potential witnesses. From the Pacific Daily News:
“Gov. Eddie Calvo, former Gov. Carl Gutierrez, former Attorney General Doug Moylan and a handful of sitting and former senators are named in the federal court documents as people who are “likely to have information relevant” to the case.
The list also includes GovGuam agencies heads, both current and former, University of Guam President Robert Underwood, plus several UOG professors, and several local Chamorro-rights activists.
This plebiscite lawsuit began when local resident Arnold Davis sued the Guam Election Commission because he was barred from joining a registry of native inhabitants. The registry is in place so a Chamorro-only plebiscite can be held.”
