I’ll be on the Big Talker 1210 WPHT-AM with Michael Smerconish  during the 7a.m. hour talking black panthers and the amazing admission on MSNBC  by Steven Collins  that the voter intimidation case should not have been dismissed if it was the KKK doing the intimidating, but should be dismissed if it was the New Black Panthers.

Chris Matthews: Suppose those were white folks with white sheets?

Steven Collins:  Sure, then you have a legitimate case with intimidation.
