Also, a former Civil Rights Division attorney makes a guest appearance at minute 39:00 and describes how the DOJ Voting Section is using the same data firm in their Texas Voter ID case that is also being used by the Voter Participation Project to send voter registration forms to dogs and the dead.  The guest also has suggestions how to cure the problem of lawyers who were hired for partisan and ideological reasons since 2009.
