Madison County Herald. “Kimberly Humphrey, 31, of 573 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, was indicted Aug.18, 2010, of felony false registration. She pleaded guilty in Circuit Court. Pamela M. McElroy, 35, of 618 Chestnut Alley, was indicted the same day on felony false registration and two counts of voting by unqualified person, also pleaded guilty in Circuit Court. Both received a sentence of five years with all but one day suspended, according to District Attorney Michael Guest. They were placed on supervised probation for four years and 364 days.”
