Alaskans to vote on legalizing marijuana
Enough petition signatures have been verified to place an initiative seeking to legalize marijuana on the ballot this summer in Alaska, election officials said Tuesday. As the story relates, this is not the first time, Alaskans have dealt with this issue. Link at Fox News.

Wall Street Journal Comes Out Against Sensenbrenner/ACLU Election Bill
The Wall Street Journal takes a strong position against the Sensenbrenner/ACLU election bill which would impose vast new federal mandates on states. This will hurt Sensenbrenner’s ability to get cosponsors for his bad bill.
