“‘I’m not angry that he came, but I’m not jumping for joy,’ he added. ‘It brought more of a negative attention than a positive attention. … It’s not about Farrakhan. It’s about Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act.'”

Prison for Democrat Election Fraudster
“The plot successfully faked names and signatures on both the Obama and Clinton presidential petitions that were used to place the candidates on the ballot. So many names were forged — an estimated 200 or more — that prosecutor Stanley Levco said that had the fraud been caught during the primary, “the worst that would have happened, is maybe Barack Obama wouldn’t have been on the ballot for the primary.”

Sequester Jester: DOJ Sends Election Monitors to Evergreen Alabama Tuesday
Despite the sequester, the Justice Department is sending OPM election monitors to Evergreen Alabama Tuesday. (Population 3,944). The city is majority black, though that probably has nothing to do with the predicate for DOJ monitoring. The city has a history of racially charged voter fraud. On that score, part of Evergreen should be very concerned about the DOJ presence. If you don’t know why, read my book Injustice, the parts about Hale and Perry County AL. From VoteGuards:
“You might ask why this small town in south Alabama matters so much to the NAACP and the Department of Justice. As fate would have it, this small town is positioned right slap in the middle and serves as a ‘hub’ for what’s refereed to commonly as the “Black Belt”; Where a large percentage of the Alabama Legislative Black Caucus and progressive Democrats are elected from. If you control Evergreen one could assume you could keep those votes in tact.
The 2012 mayor’s election looms in October in Evergreen, and tensions are high as a rematch between two bitter competitors could be tainted by what looks like yet another credible threat of more voter fraud form our friends at the U.S. Department of Justice, the NAACP and now the Alabama Democratic Committee.”
Send back the Nothingburger: “Left Loses Big in Citizenship-Verification Supreme Court Case”
Latest at PJ Media. The Left wins even when they lose, and conservatives are often bewildered and outfoxed in the election process game.”
“Something perverse happened today after the Supreme Court’s decision today invalidating citizenship verification requirements in Arizona for registrants who use the federal voter registration form. The Left knows they lost most of the battle, but are claiming victory. That’s what they do. Election integrity proponents and the states are saying they lost, but don’t realize they really won.

O’Keefe Turns Tables on Government Lawyer
Who might be next? This video is linked at the top of the Drudge Report entitled: O’Keefe Turns Tables, Goes After Prosecutor. O’Keefe engaged in hidden camera efforts to expose election vulnerabilities across the country. Richard Head is the lawyer who has failed to respond to my FOIA requests and threatened to prosecute O’Keefe, a prosecution that never occurred. As Tom Wolfe described it, this is called Mau-mauing the flak catcher.
Dem’s “Battleground Texas” Caught Illegally Registering Voters
H/t to Cahnman’s Musings with the story.
Arizona in 200 words or less
• This case has nothing to do with Voter ID – Arizona’s voter ID is in place and was not before the court
• Arizona must “accept and use” the federal mail-in voter registration form specified by the National Voter Registration Act and its requirement that proof of citizenship be submitted with the federal form is preempted
• Arizona can require proof of citizenship with its state voter registration form. Arizona can deny registration based on other information.
• Arizona can request that the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to include AZ language on the form regarding citizenship. If the EAC refuses to include the instruction, Arizona can sue the EAC which ought to be interesting because it has become a zombie agency.

ARIZONA v. INTER TRIBAL COUNCIL OF ARIZONA, INC.
Scalia delivered the opinion in which Roberts, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, Kagan and Kennedy (in part) joined, affirming the 9th Circuit. The Court held that an Arizona statute requiring rejection of federal voter registration forms that are submitted without proof of citizenship is preempted by the National Voter Registration Act. The NVRA requires states to “accept and use” the federal form. This is well within Congress’s power to specify the “Times, Places, and Manner” of congressional elections, which includes regulations relating to registration. This does not prevent Arizona from using a state voter registration form with a proof of citizenship requirement or stop the state from denying registration based on information in its possession establishing ineligibility. Arizona can also request that the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, which regulates the federal form, include a state-specific instruction for Arizona including the proof of citizenship requirement. Arizona could then sue the EAC under the Administrative Practice Act if the EAC refuses to include the instruction, claiming such a decision is arbitrary, particularly since the EAC approved a state-specific instruction for Louisiana requiring applicants without a driver’s licenses, ID card, or social security number to attach additional documentation to the completed federal form. Thomas filed a dissenting opinion arguing that while Arizona must accept and use the form as part of its registration process, the state is free to request whatever additional information is necessary to determine the qualifications of a voter. Alito also dissented that the Court misreads an ambiguous statute and interferes with the constitutional power of states to determine the qualifications of voters.
Does Democrat Brad Anderson “Even Want to Do Secretary of State’s Job”
“If Brad Anderson wants to be the Secretary of State shouldn’t he understand that election integrity is a big part of the job? The office isn’t to push liberal agendas which is the only thing he has experience at. He said he will try to bring out more voters. That’s something Matt Schultz has been actively doing as well. He apparently can multi-task.” Link.
