Christian Science Monitor: The US Supreme Court
agreed on Tuesday to take up a case examining whether limits on the
total amount an individual can contribute to political candidates and
federal campaigns over a two-year period violate the free speech rights
of would-be contributors.

 Breitbart has the story.  Protecting Melowese Richardson from being caught:

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News, True the Vote shared emails between Obama staffers discussing targeting specific individuals they believed were associated with True the Vote in Hamilton County, Ohio. Official records obtained by True the Vote indicated that the private citizens on the Obama target list were poll clerks hired by the county–not observers placed by candidates.”

 Kinston: The Sequel?

Some overdue sense from academia at the Daily Caller.

“Sharon Sweet, an associate professor of mathematics at Brevard Community College in Florida, is guilty of electioneering, harassment, and incompetence, according to a three-month investigation into her classroom behavior leading up to the November election.”

Nine days ago, True the Vote asked the United States Attorney for the Southern District of Ohio to bring the multiple voting case of Melowese Richardson to the federal grand jury.  Voting more than once in a federal election violates 42 U.S.C. 1973i(e). 

So where is Carter Stewart, the U.S. Attorney?  Has Richardson been served grand jury subpoenas?  Has she appeared?  Or, has the DOJ done absolutely nothing about these on- camera admissions that she violated 42 U.S.C. 1973i(e) to aid President Obama’s re-election? 

Voting twice for President is NOT a state concern.  It is primarily a federal concern, and any state civil investigation should take a backseat to a robust and speedy federal criminal investigation of Richardson’s multiple voting.

 Fox News leads with the story on Melowese Richardson.

“We were expecting Stewart Smalley impersonations and one-liners and lots of great comedic zingers to the press,” said Alex Bolton covers the Senate for the congressional newspaper, The Hill.

No mentions of the convicted felons caught voting in the 2008 election in the article.
