Seems it was more than just Antonio Charles and Matt Pichler voting twice in 2008.  “Dozens.”

I’ll be on 100,000 watt KFTK-FM St. Louis on the Dana Loesch show Wednesday in the 3pm hour local.  Not only is Dana a fellow Pajamas Media contributor, but I think she is the future of talk radio.  Talking about DOJ, Section 8, Glenn Fine’s investigation of the voting section, maybe the Rams.

This website mostly avoids discussions of campaign finance issues and instead focuses on the Voting Rights Act and various Federal laws regarding election mechanics.  But it is worth noting how one Congressional candidate is treating the McCain-Feingold forced disclosure.  This quirky television advertisement ends this way:

New York becomes the last state to comply with the Help America Vote Act of 2002.  But problems loom.

“I have written extensively in many outlets including Pajamas Media about the outright lawlessness emanating from the Civil Rights Division under Eric Holder’s leadership at the Justice Department. Whether it involves rewriting military voter protections, refusing to sue defendants because of their race, or ignoring the Motor Voter requirements, the rule of law is endangered by this DOJ. The latest example may be the Division’s defense of a lawsuit filed by Shelby County, Alabama, challenging the constitutionality of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act (VRA).”

I wonder if the argument presented Friday will be a big topic of discussion at the blogs run by election professors.  Probably not.

Bell (CA), the town infested with voter fraud is the subject of a federal investigation – whether illegal towing of cars took place.  More at the AP.

The Wall Street Journal reported that the voter fraud in Bell took on many different forms – including the casting of ballots for dead voters.  Of course this also implicates federal jurisdiction.  If dead people are on the rolls and casting ballots, a variety of federal statutes may be implicated, including Section 8 of NVRA.  Maybe they’ll get to those issues after they complete the towing investigation. 

This sounds like Tarrell Campbell’s effort to fully participate in the Presidential election in 2008.  More.

“Two men have been charged with voter fraud in Western Wisconsin.  Investigators believe they voted twice in the 2008 presidential election.

Antonio Charles and Matt Pichler both from Menomonie, have been charged with election fraud.  They allegedly voted in Minnesota and then in Wisconsin.  Charles was a UW-Stout student at the time.  Election fraud is a felony.”
