There is word that the Virginia State Board of Elections has devolved into chaos.  Later this week we will have a full report on the in-fighting, the use of law enforcement to intimidate employees, the nakedly partisan exercise of statutory duties and the general rot going on at the Virginia SBE.  All later this week at ElectionLawCenter.com.

Independence (LA) chief of police sentenced to two years probation for voter fraud.  WXVT has more: “Maurer caused his deputies to provide false information on their voter registration forms indicating that they lived in the voting district when, in fact, they did not. Elections records show Maurer was on the ballot and beat his opponent, Leonard “Tank” Genco, by 122 votes.”

A Memphis (TN) teacher was arrested for voting twice in the 2008 Presidential election.  She says it was an accident.  The Memphis Commercial Appeal has more:

“Anne Enochs, a 69-year-old art teacher, was arrested for voting twice in the 2008 presidential election. She was being held at Jail East.”

I’ll be on the Lou Dobbs show nationwide Friday talking about my latest Pajamas Media piece as well as the Voting Section’s unwillingness to object to a submission of Ike Brown in Noxubee County Mississippi and use Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act to protect a discriminated against minority there.  I will also be on the radio in New York City and surrounding area on the Chris DeBello show on WSUS-FM, WNNJ-FM, WHCY-FM, and WTOC-AM.  Again, the topic will be the DOJ Voting Section’s unwillingness to use Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act to protect all Americans from racial discrimination.   And lastly I will be on live all over the state of Texas in the 10 a.m. hour (CDT).  You can find the show at KVCE in Dallas, KSEV in Houston, KTEM Ft. Hood, KCRS Midland, KBRA Freer, KBW Waco and KWBC Navasota.  I’ll also be talking about the Black Panther case and equal enforcement of the law.

It is nice to see the Friday Washington Times use the term “racialist” instead of the inapplicable “racist” in discussing my latest Pajamas Media article.
