“According to the complaint, Alverson went to his voting place in Hustisford and voted in the November 2012 election. Election workers were busy and did not notice that Alverson was on the list of people who were ineligible to vote due to felony convictions. The village clerk found his name on the list later when she found the new voter registration form, which was forwarded to the police.”
