Hans von Spakovsky on Felon Voting

Hans von Spakovsky appeared on NPR to discuss felon voting and why felons should not be permitted to vote.  He addresses Eric Holder’s call for “consistent” laws about felon voting, never mind the Elections Clause of the Constitution which very much encourages inconsistent laws and allows states to adopt their own standard.

  1. Reform School

The only thing blocking Team Obama’s overthrow of [the Constitutional Republic of] the United States of America are the Constitution’s Ninth and Tenth Amendments. Repeal of either or both of those amendments, which Team Obama could probably sell dumbed-down citizens at an Article 5 convention, would leave the Peoples’ Republic of America. Be careful what you wish for!
