Inconvenient candor from the Chair

The New Black Panther Party chairman undermines some arguments you might have heard. These arguments include:

 1. That the deployment of armed Panthers in Philadelphia wasn’t part of any nationally directed plan.

2. That the national New Black Panther Party wholly disapproved of the presence of weapons at the polls.

3. That the actions were renounced.

4. That the Philadelphia chapter was terminated and King Samir Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were kicked out of the national party.

Pay close attention:  these are arguments still being promulgated in all corners as factual and important:

So, what does the video reveal?

1. That the deployment in Philadelphia was part of a nationwide deployment directed by the National Party.

2. That the brandished weapons were just “a little too strong” and a “little too black.”

3. That the National Party hardly seems to have renounced the actions, or at least not in a genuine way.

4. That the “termination” of the Philadelphia chapter was a ruse and King Samir Shabazz is loved and welcomed back and Jerry Jackson is also. So much for that all important termination of the Philadelphia chapter.

This is what happens when some people are receptive, for whatever inane reason, to the excuses of wrongdoers who would violate the civil rights of Americans. The irrational sympathies remind me of the sort of things “respectable” segregationists would say about their more nasty backwoods neighbors a generation ago: just a few crackpots, one might go too far on occasion, just “small potatoes,” we can’t do anything about those crackpots because we don’t really have any connection to their craziness.

And pay attention to this: As Malik Zulu Shabazz begins to defend the behavior in Philadelphia in the open, pay close attention to how closely his rhetoric and argument matches the defense made in presumably more respectable quarters, both online and elsewhere.

Thank you. It helps me understand what happened at the State in VA more fully. At that ‘security guard’ level so many crimes went unreported or rewarded in the DOT that I wondered whether Federal law even existed anymore. I didn’t understand the standing down while people were hurt and threatened. And the arrogant and violent rise of black militancy. It worried me that they backed each other to get clearances and recommended each other to positions and no one seemed to do anything, and as nothing was done, white men in supervisory positions looking the other way or doing their bidding, they grew more confident and loud.

This has been setting my hair on fire for several years. I really don’t know what to do.

One of the places I lived had some dishonest registrars who would register non-citizens and then tell them to vote by mail. Not only did it bypass the requirement to show ID at the polls, if anyone checked the signatures, they would match up perfectly with what was on file.

These guys have made voter fraud an art.

This is a shame that these people are going about equal rights this way. I understand that the black man has been treated terrible in America. Who hasnt most of us have. I am white 58 year old male and I have no idea what it is like to be black in America. I see nothing but hate from the Black Panthers and that is wrong in Gods World. If I was them I would be mad as hell at whites. But that will not and is not any way to fix these issues. We all have made great strides for equal rights and these guys want to send it back to the 60′ again. What a shame! I don’t know anyone who has not been discrimented against and we are still a terrible racists society. Wrong as it is those are the facts. But this hate is the wrong way to do it and I would think that the BP would have learned that from the KKK. Don’t hate me because I am white or tell me that you want kill whites and crackers and white babies. You have have too much hate in you brother and you need to wake up. What made you have so much hate! Certainly not god! I dont own slaves never have and never would so dont blame me for things that happen. Most blacks today have it a lot better then blacks from the 60′ – and I dont know anyone who lives today who was a “SLAVE”. I know according to BP all blacks are SLAVES to whites but that is not actually true. Stop the hate –

The New Black Panther Party knows Obama’s DOJ is on their side so of course they are going to try to gloss over the truth. They probably went to the same Saul Alinsky classes that Obama taught so they know the right tactics and words to use even when raw evidence disproves what they are saying.

Tragically, too many people can’t believe the truth even when it hits them over the head.
