Milwaukee (WI) man charged with voter fraud

More illegal voting in Wisconsin during the 2008 Presidential election. The AP story is here.

“Twenty-six-year-old Tyrone J. Stephens faces two counts of election fraud. He could get up to seven years in prison and $20,000 in fines if he’s convicted on both charges.  Prosecutors allege Stephens was on felony probation for dealing cocaine and bail jumping when he voted on the Nov. 4, 2008, election. Felons can’t vote in Wisconsin until they complete their sentences.”

I’m always curious for whom these folks voted.  Perhaps academia will rush to gather “social science data” on the voting preferences of illegal voters.  Perhaps not.
