Bill Bolling is proud that he cast the deciding vote with the Democrats today to kill real photo ID in Virginia today.  He teamed up with 20 Democrats in a divided Virginia Senate to pass a worthless piece of legislation that would essentially enact the status quo in Virginia where a photo ID is not needed if someone has a utility bill.
