The Virginia State Board of elections has made an official request of the State Attorney General to investigate the Pat Moran video.  Earlier, Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli predicted that wouldn’t happen.  Now the AG the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Arlington County both have criminal probes of the behavior.
