Voter ID bill more likely to pass the Arkansas Legislature

Voter ID legislation passed the Arkansas House of Representatives in
2011, but was later stymied in the Senate. Now, Republicans hold a
majority in the Senate and on the State Agencies committee where the
bill is likely to be heard.
