Sorry for the late notice again. I was already on WFLA in Tallahassee and WSBA in eastern PA talking about my latest piece at Pajamas Media. At 11 EDT I’ll be on nationwide on the American Family Network radio and later on KLZ in Denver on the Jim Pfaff show. I’ll try to post additional bookings today as they become available.
Hi Christian: I just watched (via Instapundit) a testy exchange between Megyn Kelly and Kristin Powers regarding the Black Panthers case. During the exchange, Powers referred to you (I believe) as a “conservative activist masquerading as a lawyer” (or similar words), suggesting that your charges against the Justice Dept. have no credibility whatsoever. This is obviously a serious attack on your personal and professional integrity, and so I was curious to see how you responded to it. I don’t see any such response here at your blog. Were you aware of Powers’ comments and how do you plan to respond?
Editor Note: Suggest you look at my employment reviews and awards and promotions which Pajamas has posted online. I’m not worried about it because Powers is wrong and anyone who has worked with me knows she is wrong. So it is an unsubstantiated (read: no evidence) and untrue smear. My job isn’t to defend myself from every little untrue smear. People can make up their own minds. I was under oath. If I’m not telling the truth, then charge me with perjury and give me the power to compel the testimony of all the DOJ lawyers and staff who know what I say is the truth. Most of all, there are others already under subpoena who know I am telling the truth. Your question might be appropriately directed to the Department as to why they won’t let Chris Coates testify and corroborate my testimony. Hope you follow up with them.
