Senator Grassley: “I trust the voters, I don’t trust Attorney General Holder with exercise of VRAA expanded powers, he has a record of lawlessness”

Senator Grassley, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, certainly does not trust Attorney General Holder to properly exercise additional powers under the VRAA and would not give him additional power for advance approval of voting laws, particularly with the courts available.  He criticized Holder’s record of lawlessness in drugs, immigration, health care, and even the Attorney Generals’ totally erroneous interpretation of the President’s recess appointment powers.
